I took the harassment training course and I have to so... if you need to take it still make sure you have A LOT of time to do it... it is LONG!!
The main things I learned from the training are that the laws are fairly complex and sometimes a little contradictory. Also, to make things more complicated the laws vary by state in some cases! So the main thing to remember is If you aren't sure if something could be considered harassment, don't say/do it!!
Weyerhaeuser has a very well explained harassment policy which everyone should review on occasion. If you stick with this you should be compliant and safe!
