There was only one other course I had not taken, from our list, so I decided to knock it out.

I now understand the reason this course is in the optional section of the list.  Be sure to have PLENTY of time when you start the course.  The course is well prepared, but goes into a lot of detail and depth about regulatory agencies, their acronyms, their functions, and how it relates to just about nothing the Customer Technology and Training team is responsible for.

The learning assessment is 50 questions!  A score of 80% or higher is required to pass the course.  I had to take the quiz twice to pass...
