SHIMS Overview Training

I've heard a lot about SHIMS, seen a number of SHIMS reports, but have never had to log in, enter, or follow-up on my own SHIMS items.  St. Paul has a site Safety Field Administrator (SFA) that takes care of this for us when we have the need.  I found that entering my own risk assesment, mishap, or just to run reports was actually easier than I would have expected.  It was a relatively short training session and I became a bit more comfortable with a pretty important tracking system for the improvement of our safety here at WY.
