Hold the Handrail!

I was in the CH office the other day and was able to sit in on their safety meeting. They mentioned the oldie but goody... 3 points of contact at all times/holding the handrail while going down stairs. So, today, I actually made a conscious effort of thinking about it and then actually doing it! I held the handrail going down the stairs here at CH. I will continue to do this as I do not want to be the one to fall down the stairs and have to embarrassingly say NO when asked if I did hold the handrail or not :)
