Bicycle Ergonomics

Some time back when we were doing the spreadsheet for tracking safety I'd mentioned performing an ergonomic check related to cycling.  I ultimately updated my handlebars and their position to address some issues with shoulder fatigue.  I also added some extensions to allow for my hands to be in a different position as wrist issues were part of why I wanted to look into it.  Now that I am back to rides that last over an hour, I can clearly tell it was time and money well spent.
