While I have been out of the office, traveling these past few weeks, I have noticed a few things:
1. The bottled water in western Ontario (Canada) is highly flourinated, and takes some getting used to. The difference in taste was a deterrent for drinking as much as I should have.
2. Visiting customer sites and yards, in their facility does not provide easy access to water, but rather during meals or at the hotel only.
I found that I needed to be sure to drink plenty of water when it was available. Once I started doing this each day, I found I was sleeping better, and felt better overall during the day.
It's the little things that make a difference. One associate I was traveling with keeps a bottle with him, easily accessible on his backpack. That way, he always has water with him.
