Mirror Mirror

Last week I spent two days at the St Paul DC.  There are signs all over the place, but this one right at the bottom of the stairs had the most impact on me:

Meet the Person MOST Responsible for YOUR Safety.

As I went up and down the stairs it was basically impossible to not look at the mirror and then focus on walking up the stairs. 

Additionally, I happened to be there during First Aide training and a team safety meeting.  I thought that everyone was very engaged with their safety and the safety of their team memebers.  The best part was that it wasn't just a bunch of corporate safety talk, everyone was talking/being safety out of genuine concern for each other.  Really great to see - well done!
