Updating my PPE for yardwork

Seasonal allergies can impede my yardwork progress, even with medication. Not so much during, but a slow recovery after.  After enough times of wondering why I was more tired from mowing the lawn than if I'd ridden a bike for 90 minutes I decided I must be doing something wrong.  Recently I took a look at what I was doing and found some ideas on how to minimize the impact of allergies.  So in addition to wearing appropriate clothes, eyewear and so forth, I have now added a reusable, washable dust mask to my wardrobe for mowing and weed-eating and it has really helped.  It does sadly result in some fogging of my eyewear, but it can be worked around.  The other thing I've started doing is getting out of the allergen covered clothes and into the shower quickly after completing my work and washing said clothes soon after.
