Follow up on Snow Removal safety.

I decided one area I wanted to expand upon was footwear and slipping.  I found a great document (PDF format) out there about footwear to prevent slips and it's well beyond winter and ice concerns but does cover it.  There are products and vendors listed.  It's from 2014, so hoping the data is still valid.
