Desk chair settings change over time
I just completed the posture & workstation assessment. When I got to the question if my wrists angle upwards when typing I realized right now, yes and that my chair was not at the normal position for me. I raised it back up and all was good. It occurs to me that on occasion other people sit in my desk chair and they might change the settings without me knowing, and I suppose the settings can change somewhat simply from time and use. My conclusion, a one-time adjustment for your desk chair is not enough. It needs to checked on for changes.
