Headsets

Remember when you had to actually hold the phone? 

I think I only hold the phone when traveling...at least until I put the earpiece in.  While in the office, I know that we each use a headset to talk on the phone. 

From an ergonomic perspective, headsets are great...but what about your ears?  When was the last time you switched ears? 

I just switched sides with my headset...you might want to do the same if it has been awhile.
