While attending a WY sponsored event, to review and receive training on a 3rd party solution, when the contractor arrived at the Boise DC, we provided him a site and safety orientation.
He commented that in his 14 years of travelling for work, and visiting customer facilities, this was the first time he had received such an orientation, prior to beginning any onsite work. He appreciated the consideration for his comfort and familiarity while at our site.
